We all wear many hats.

Mine include: Mama, Wife, Business Owner, Psychotherapist, Consultant, Supervisor, Adjunct Professor.

I work with adolescents, adults, and families to help improve their quality of life, mental health, and relationships. I specialize in Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, and Childhood Trauma. I am a strong believer in the value of feeling seen, talking things through, feeling your feelings, and the healing power of a safe therapeutic relationship. I utilize talk therapy techniques including narrative, CBT, and DBT, as well as mindfulness and somatic practices, including EMDR.

I am a Clinical Supervisor to some fabulous, driven, and passionate Associate Therapists who are also available to see clients in person or online.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2010, and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Cal Lutheran University in 2015. I now live and run a private practice in my favorite charming honest little beach town, San Clemente, CA.

I work with individuals looking to discover more meaning, purpose, vision, and direction in their lives. I also offer coaching and consultation services to parents or loved ones who are seeking support in how best to help someone struggling with an eating disorder or mental illness.

Outside of my practice, I am an advocate in our community, raising awareness about eating disorders, women's issues, mental health, and social justice.

I am a contributing author and featured clinician on Recovery Warrior's ConnectED digital magazine, Angie Viet's Inspired Recovery blog, and Face It Today’s Expert Alert Blog. I can be found on Psychology Today, TherapyDen, and VoyageLA Magazine.

I sit on the Jimmy Miller Foundation Healthcare Advisory Board, and am the former President of the South Bay Eating Disorder Coalition Board of Directors.
